Our History

Drywall Plus, Inc. is a facilities management service company based in Dorchester, MA. As the name may denote, we did not originally start out as such. We were originally established as a drywall repair and light commercial construction company in November 1989.

Our response over the years to our customers’ needs is what has grown and shaped Drywall Plus, Inc. into the company that it is today.

Our primary business customers are MassHousing, affiliated property management companies, and tenant organizations. We work closely with site managers and personnel to evaluate and efficiently manage remodeling, maintenance, and repair issues. We’re not your typical all-in-one management service company that does “everything.”
